my definition of "healthy" has evolved, and so has my body
There was a time when I thought health meant size 0 and salads. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t. My journey took a turn when I stopped chasing diets and started focusing on feeling strong, fueling my body right, and taking care of my mental health, too. I discovered the magic of body recomposition—building muscle, balancing hormones, and not hating every meal I ate.
Now, I help women ditch the ‘all-or-nothing’ trap and find sustainable ways to feel their best without burnout or guilt. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about finally feeling at home in your own skin.
