Ayooo, I’m Coach Mal!

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Nutritionist.


Y’all - I used to bust my butt doing two-a-days (honestly, sometimes 3 if I’m thinking about it)... OrangeTheory in the AM, Kayla Istines BBG (iykyk) in the afternoon followed by the most random “strength training” ever… and got NO. WHERE. 
I was doing what I’d always thought it took to tone - feel the muscle-burn, get the apple watch calories burned as high as possible, and cardio cardio cardio. 


After years of nothing changing I finally realized the definition of insanity was doing the same thing over and over and I came to grips that diet culture might be…wrong!? 


After lots of research, it finally clicked that TONING (is actually not real - you don’t “tone” muscle) means BUILDING muscle and being lean enough to see that muscle. DUH. And nothing I was doing was promoting building muscle. 


Once I changed that - and learned how to actually train for the body I wanted, OMG… well I mean not to brag, but you see how far I’ve come with my own progress pictures!!

Hi, I’m Coach Gill!

I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Nutritionist, and Specialized with workout programming through Pure Programming.

The day I stepped foot into a gym is the day my life changed forever. When I hired my first coach and started learning how to fuel my body properly, everything finally clicked. It clicked so much that I completely changed career paths and decided to commit to being a forever learner of the health and fitness world.

My favorite part is helping women learn to LIFT weight, get strong, and understand that that’s actually the right way to get their dream body - no, it doesn’t make you bulky!!

We will plan for an hour, we usually teach for about 40 minutes and leave 20 or so minutes for open questions!
